Head of the Women’s Police Council in Dubai Police since 2017 , AlSaadi entrusted by her leaders has pursued the empowerment of women in the police force, , through implementing empowerment programs, and achieved successfully with the help of powerful women the EFQM an international standard of gender equality. She continues to work on empowering and qualifying women in all specialities across the police force setting role models for the generations to come. Alongside, she is a forensic toxicologist and worked in ample cases for the past 18 years. She is a member in a number of influential teams, the most prominent of which are the Forensic Toxicology Committee and Risk Management Team.
