Dr. Hazza Alneaimi is currently working as a Coordinator General for Dubai Governmental Excellence Program in the Dubai Executive Council. He is managing vital initiatives cross the Government Public Sector such as Government Excellence Model, Elite Model, Dubai Smart Training Initiative, Dubai Forum for Government Best Practices and He managed the development of Dubai Government Unified E-suggestion system.
Dr. Hazza is also delivers training sessions and workshops related to the Excellence and Innovation in Government and participates in many specialized local, regional, and international conferences. He also lectured in the areas of Management, Excellence and Innovation in Government. Dr. Hazza Alneaimi also hold the Chairman position of Dubai Quality Group. He is one of the founding members of the Global Excellence Council and Global Council for Innovative Organizations.
Dr. Hazza Alneaimi holds a Doctorate Degree measuring Efficiency and Productivity from Aston University in the United Kingdom and master’s degree in Operational Research & Performance Management from the same University.
Dr. Hazza Alneaimi holds many professional credited certifications such as Government Innovation Diploma from Mohammed Bin Rashed Center of Innovation in cooperation with Cambridge University in the UK, Managing Strategic Innovation Certificate from MIT University in the United States, Project Management Professional Certificate, Certified Assessor form EFQM and Certified (ISO9001) Lead Auditor and He graduated from the impactful leaders Program part of Mohammed Bin Rashid Program for Leadership Development.
