Tarique Ghaffur spent over three decades in UK policing diligently and innovatively working towards making communities safe within Greater Manchester, Leicestershire and London Metropolitan Police. He is recognised as thought leader in application of technology solutions in policing.

He operationally lead thousands of dedicated and skilled police officers and detectives within the United Kingdom innovatively dealing with community reassurance, investigations, law enforcement, organised crime, counter terrorism, major events and global security issues.

Tarique received several high achievement and community awards including Queens Police Medal (QPM) in 2001 and was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) for Services to UK Policing. He is a graduate of FBI Academy, veteran of several overseas policing assignments in USA, UAE, India, Pakistan & Africa. He has a BA (Hons) in Public Administration, MA in Criminology and honorary doctorates in Law and Criminal Justice Degrees.
