2023 Speakers

Fraser Bryans is the Operations Director for the International Corrections and Prisons Association. He has worked in the prisons and corrections sphere since 2003 and has held various positions in the Scottish Prison Service as a civil servant within research, criminal justice statistics and contract management departments. Over the years he has been involved with a variety of organisations which serve to support knowledge exchange and foster relations across the world of corrections including the International Roundtable for Correctional Excellence and the European Organisation of Prison and Correctional Services. He holds an Executive Masters in International Association Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, Université Libre de Bruxelles.
