Founder of JCour-Consulting LLC, a consultant firm that helps technology companies ensure products comply with ethical use policies. Additionally, Joseph is a member of the IACP- Crime Prevention Committee, the Biometric Institute- Security & Integrity Group, the Security Industry Association- Facial Recognition Working group, and the (FISWG).
