Joshua K. Brown is the President & CEO of Icarus Aerospace Inc. and architect of the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards & Training (IADLEST) UAS/drones best practice for Public Safety along with the first ever non-military American National Standards Institute National Accreditation Board (ANAB) approval in the field of UAS/drones. He is a Doctoral Candidate in Global Security at the American Military University, holds a Master’s degree in Intelligence Studies, and a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency & Disaster Management. His expertise has been recognized by NASA, the National Sheriffs’ Association, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the U.S. Congress. He is a Service-Disabled U.S. Navy Veteran who trained and supervised Naval Special Operations candidates & Aviation Water Survival for pilots and aircrews. Joshua has over 20 years of experience in Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, and Emergency Management operations and trainings. He is an member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association, the United States Bomb Technicians Association, the Office of Strategic Services Society, the National Science Foundation, the International Association of Counterterrorism & Security Professionals, the Helicopter Association International, ASTM International, and several other prestigious international organizations.
