Luis Fernando Lima Oliveira is the current Secretary for Multidimensional Security of the Organization of American States. His secretariat manages programs on reducing the supply and demand of drugs, combating transnational organized crime, mine clearance, arms trafficking, and terrorism in the western region.
He served as a senior advisor in the presidential office of the Republic of Brazil from 2016 to 2022. Mr. Oliveira has been noted for his involvement in the formulation and evaluation of public policies.
He currently holds a degree in Political Science and a specialization in Government and Public Management.
