Marianne Bender

Marianne Bender is a Senior Public Prosecutor in The Norwegian National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime (Økokrim). She has been a prosecutor for 20 years.
She has led the investigation of several big financial crime cases regarding fraud, innsidertrading, moneyloundering, corruption, cryptocurrency cases and tax crime. She argues cases in front of District Court, Appeal Court and the Supreme Court in Norway. She is also an instructor for the OECD within the topic of international investigation.
