As a senior management professional, Maya Khalifeh works with private organizations and government entities to transform in order to achieve identified strategic vision.
Maya sets and directs global & regional transformation strategies, including organization structure development & modernization, digital tools deployment, systems implementation and process optimization. She has wide knowledge in experience management (XM) spectrum, namely citizen happiness, customer loyalty, employee retention, brand evangelism and product marketing. She spearheads, manages and facilitates strategic partnership programs, growth plans and advisory boards. Maya also has deep knowledge in CRM systems and integrated omni-channel campaigns. Maya serves as a member on Customer Experience Professional (CXPA) Middle East Regional Leadership Council.
She holds an Executive MBA degree from ESCP Europe.
She is the winner of prestigious global awards and recognitions. Maya is on the list of top Business Influencers to follow in 2022. She was named "Customer Experience Professional of the Year" at 2020 Gulf Customer Experience Awards in Dubai. Maya was also named 1 of the top 6 highly commended CX Professionals worldwide by CustomerThink in UK. She is also a Recognized Training Providers (RTP) by Customer Experience Professional Association (CXPA) in USA and a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP).
