Oluwatunmike Olowe is a 3rd year PhD candidate at the Centre for Information Management group in Loughborough University. She holds an MSc in Financial Economics from the University of Exeter’s Business School and a BSc in Economics from Redeemers University Nigeria.

Tunmike is a researcher who has a demonstrated history of working in multidisciplinary fields – Economics, Finance, and Information Systems. She has experience working as a research analyst in the financial sector with a focus on sub-Saharan African markets as well as debating economic trends to enlighten and educate the public.

Tunmike is curious about innovative technologies including artificial intelligence and the opportunities they present in various fields. Hence, her current research explores the use of artificial intelligence technologies in criminal investigations.
