Superintendent Sami Hätönen has worked as a police officer for 24 years. He has worked at the police department in field duties and as an operational manager, and then at the National Police Board and the Police University College as an expert, teacher, and developer.
Hätönen is responsible for the competence of the police's operational managers and the police's unmanned aviation operators. He has been the founder and national coordinator of the police's unmanned aviation since the beginning.
