Maj. General Dr. Abdel Qudous Al-Obaidli is Assistant Commandant General for Excellence & Pioneering at Dubai Police Force. Additionally, he chairs the Emirates Intellectual Property Association and the Emirates Strategic Planning Association & Future Foreseeing Association, WRO Chair (MENA) Int. Association of Chief Police-IACP. Over (55) boards, committees, and working groups are headed by Dr. Al Obaidli, including the Permanent High Committee for Excellence & Pioneering in the Ministry of Interior, the Sheikh Khalifa's Government Excellence Program in the Ministry of Interior, and the Supreme Committee of the "12" International Congress of Law Enforcement Agencies to Combat Intellectual Property Crimes. There are many accomplishments that Dr. Al Obaidli has made on a local, regional, and global level. As a result of his efforts, he was awarded the title of "MAN OF THE YEAR 2016 - For Intellectual Property" and many other awards.
